PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera for acquiring a corrected image with a field angle maintained in correcting tilt of a picked-up image at photography. SOLUTION: The camera has: an optical zoom means for enlarging/reducing a photographic image; an image pick-up means for converting an optical image into image data; a rotation detecting means 20 for detecting rotation around an optical axis; an image frame setting means for setting an image frame within a valid photography range of an imaging device; an image frame rotating means for rotating the image frame in the reverse direction so as to cancel the rotation with respect to the rotation detected by the rotation detecting means; a preview display means for displaying an image in the image frame set by the image frame setting means; and a field angle correction means for reducing an image frame by the image frame setting means so that the image frame may be contained within the valid photography range of the imaging device and automatically widening the field angle with the optical zoom means so as to cancel the field angle reduced due to reduction of the image frame when the image frame exceeds the valid photography range of the imaging device if the image frame rotating means rotates the image frame.
