PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion circuit stably applying an arbitrary bias voltage to a photoelectric conversion element, and a solid-state imaging apparatus employing the circuit. SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion circuit Pmn of the present invention includes: a photoelectric conversion element PD in which a bias voltage VDDPD is applied to one terminal and an optical current Id corresponding to the quantity of received light is outputted from the other terminal; current mirror circuits (N1-N4) each input terminal of which is connected to the other terminal of the photoelectric conversion element PD in such a way that a voltage Va at the other terminal of the photoelectric conversion element PD is clamped to a predetermined potential, and each generates a mirror current Im corresponding to the optical current Id; a capacitor N5 the one terminal of which is connected to an output terminal of the current mirror circuit and in which a terminal voltage Vb corresponding to an integration value of the mirror current Im is extracted from the one terminal; and an amplifier (N7) which generates an amplified signal Io corresponding to the terminal voltage Vb of the capacitor N5, wherein the amplified signal Io of the amplifier is used to output a final photo-detection signal Vo.
