PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line system, a frame transmission method and a frame transmitter, for preventing a plurality of master modes from existing in a ring in a ring-type network. SOLUTION: A master node transmits a second control frame for controlling a network periodically and monitors whether other blocking nodes exist in a transmission line. The master node receives the second control frame from other blocking nodes and executes the reconfiguration of the network for preventing the transmission line from being divided, when detecting the presence of the plurality of blocking nodes.
