A diamond grinder is provided to improve the cutting power whereby three or four diamond particles are attached to the protruding dot. A diamond grinder includes a grinder body(30) in which diamond particles are attached in order to grind a surface, a plurality of protruding dots(33) which are formed on one side of the grinder body so that chip pockets(32) for discharging ground chips are formed, and three or four diamond particles attached to the top of the protruding dot according to the particle size.
