The hinge (100) has a mobile chassis (114) rotatable around a hinge axis with respect to a fixed chassis (112). A recess is provided in the chassis (112) and receives a body (308) of a locking cam (276), where the cam is fixed in rotation with respect to the chassis (112). A disengaging device retracts the body to the interior of the chassis (114) in a translation direction for permitting passage of the body rotationally from a position corresponding to a normal opening position to a position corresponding to a service opening position.
