Use of at least an oxime (I) for preparation of a drug to treat poisoning caused by organophosphorus of patient whose organic cation transporter (OCT) is blocked, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a drug comprising oxime and blocking agent as active ingredient; and (2) a pharmaceutical composition comprising oxime and blocking agent as active ingredient and an excipient.
