TECHNIQUE FOR PRIMARY POSTERIOR CONTINUOUS CAPSULORHEXIS

A technique for the primary posterior continuous capsulorhexis provides for filling of the capsular sac with viscoelastic and the insertion of the washer directly to the surface of the posterior capsule with the aid of the injector. The external diameter of the washer is 6-, the internal diameter – 4-. Then the regular round opening of the specified diameter is generated. The posterior capsulorhexis is aligned with anterior one.
