A driving device of a package trim for a vehicle is provided to ascend and descend a package trim smoothly. A driving device of a package trim for a vehicle for ascending and descending a package trim when opening and closing a tailgate comprises a case(110) fixed to a rear seat(200) of a vehicle, a fixed bar(120) fixed to the inside of the case and a confining groove where one end of the winding spring is fixed, and a winding spring(130) having one end wound on the fixed bar and the other end fixed to a package trim to push the package trim with restoring force and connecting the package trim and the case elastically.
