FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to devices for processing materials using surface plastic deformation method with simultaneous deposition of a coating of metallic material. The device contains an element made from the coating material and a metal brush, which can rotate and consists of a body frame and metallic hair. The device is also provided with plug contacts with openings, rigidly fixed on the body frame of the brush, a mouthpiece, made in form of a ring with cross jumpers, and a split ring. The mouthpiece is fitted on the plug contacts and the jumpers are put between hairs of the brush. The split ring is put in the opening of the plug contact with possibility of holding the mouthpiece on the body frame of the brush. ^ EFFECT: increased continuity and reduced variation in thickness of the obtained coating, more functional capabilities of the device due to variation of rigidity of the hairs of the brush. ^ 3 dwg |
