<p>The number-plate bracket (1) according to the invention includes a number-plate holder (3) defining, on its front face, a number-plate securing seat (5) arranged to receive a registration number plate and to fixedly keep it in a predetermined position. Each corner of the number plate can be inserted into an opening (13) so that the corner extends beyond the ideal plane perpendicular to the front face of the holder (3) and passing through the two opposed ends of the opening (13). This allows manufacturing in cheap manner very robust seats (11) for securing the number-plate corners, even if such seats are made of a thin sheet of non-particularly resistant metals.</p> |
