<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide piston cooling structure capable of easily securing structure for injecting oil into a piston. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This piston cooling structure is provided for cooling the piston sliding in cylinder bores 1a and 1b formed in a crankcase by oil injected from an oil injection device 20, and formed with a through-hole 15 forming a bearing 2b on an inter-bore wall 2 between the cylinder bores 1a and 1b and penetrating in the axial direction of a crankshaft through the inter-bore wall 2 and a vertical through-hole 16 penetrating in the vertical direction up to the through-hole 15 from the bearing 2b, and constituted so that the oil injection device 20 is stored in the vertical through-hole 16 so that injection parts 20a and 20b face the through-hole 15, and can inject the oil toward the piston in both side cylinder bores 1a and 1b from the injection parts 20a and 20b.
