摘要 The present invention relates to a quantum dot-organic semiconductor hybrid nano structure which connects a functional organic semiconductor to a quantum dot, to a molecular electronic device comprising the same, and to a producing method of the nano structure and, more specifically, to a quantum dot-organic semiconductor hybrid nano structure which is a next generation n-p conjugated nano structure using energy and charge transfer phenomenon between an quantum dot which is an n-type semiconductor and a p-type organic semiconductor, to a producing method thereof, and to a molecular electronic device comprising the nano structure.
