发明名称 DEFORMATION ABSORBING MEMBER AND FUEL CELL
摘要 A deformation absorbing member is stacked between an anode side separator and a cathode side separator assembled in pairs to absorb the deformations of the stacked members. The stacked members include a separator unit with the anode side separator and the cathode side separator and a membrane electrode assembly. The deformation absorbing member includes an absorbing portion for absorbing a variation in the in-plane distribution of stress caused by deformation along the stacking direction of the stacked members.

主权项 1. A deformation absorbing member configured to be stacked between an anode side separator and a cathode side separator assembled in pairs, so as to absorb deformation of stacked members of a fuel cell, the deformation absorbing member comprising: an absorbing portion configured to absorb a variation of in-plane distribution of stress associated with deformation of the stacked members along a stacking direction, the absorbing portion including a plurality of deformable protruding portions which protrude in a grid from a surface of a substrate along the stacking direction, a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion of the plurality of deformable protruding ortions being disposed adjacent to each other with resect to an u stream side and a downstream side of a first circulation direction of a cooling medium to be circulated between the anode side separator and the cathode side separator, and partly in different positions with respect to a second circulation direction crossing the first circulation direction such that the protruding portions are arranged in a staggered manner on the surface of the substrate, each of the protruding portions including a cantilevered beam portion, a free end portion and a fixed end portion, the cantilevered beam portion being erected from the surface of the substrate, and when deformed by being pressed by the stacking members beyond a predetermined range, the free end portion extending along the first circulation direction from the fixed end portion positioned on the surface of the substrate is brought into contact with one of the cathode side separator and the anode side separator.
