Disclosed are a condensed-ring compound which is represented by chemical formula 1, and an organic light-emitting device comprising the same. According to the present invention, the organic light-emitting device including the condensed-ring compound exhibits low driving voltage, high efficiency, high brightness, and long lifespan properties.
