The present invention relates to a hearing aid capable of measuring a pulse and capturing an image, and a risk monitoring system and method using the same. In detail, a pulse of a hearing aid wearer is measured through the hearing aid to detect a dangerous situation of the hearing aid wearer. When the hearing aid wearer is in the dangerous situation, a voice inputted through a microphone of the hearing aid and an image captured by an imaging unit of the hearing aid are transmitted to an external terminal of a guardian or an emergency agency through a user terminal in order to promptly inform about the dangerous situation of the hearing aid wearer and allow the guardian or the emergency agency to accurately recognize and cope with the dangerous situation through the image and the voice of the hearing aid wearer. In addition, since a video call can be performed with the external terminal through the hearing aid, the guardian or the emergency agency can monitor a change in a state of the hearing aid wearer in real time, and corresponding instruction and advice are outputted through the hearing aid in order to induce the hearing aid wearer to promptly and accurately cope with the dangerous situation. |
