According to an embodiment of the present invention, an automotive UV disinfection treatment system comprises: a UV generation device installed in a ceiling of an upper portion within a vehicle, and having a UV disinfection lamp to disinfect the inside of the vehicle by receiving power from a power supply unit of the vehicle to generate UV and a transparent film coupled to the UV disinfection lamp so as to prevent damage to the UV disinfection lamp; and a control unit controlling the UV generation device to be operated by any one of an automatic mode or a manual mode.
