PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device allowing a driver to secure information properly by projecting the information on the front of a running vehicle to the outside of the vehicle.SOLUTION: An optical device 1 comprises: a receiving part 5 receiving information on the front of a vehicle C; a light emission part 2 installed in the vehicle C and emitting light; and a control part 7 performing control so that, in response to the information on the front of the vehicle C received by the receiving part 5, the light emission part 2 projects the information on the front of the vehicle C to an object to be irradiated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
