PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that suppresses intrusion of a water film from a peripheral edge of a tread of a land part while maintaining high grounding pressure at a center of the land part.SOLUTION: A tread 23 of a rib 22 is formed in a protruding shape at a cross section in a tire width direction. When a difference in height in a tire radial direction D between a top point 23p of the tread 23 and a vehicle-installed inside end is set as hi, and a difference in height in the tire radial direction D between the top point 23p of the tread 23 and a vehicle-installed outside end is set as ho, a relation of ho<hi is satisfied. Further when a rib cross sectional area surrounded by virtual straight lines lo, lb and li is set as Sio, a rib cross sectional area surrounded by virtual straight lines li, lc and lb is set as Sii, and a rib cross sectional area at a region corresponding to a region showing Sii with respect to a circumferential groove 14 adjacent to a vehicle-installed outside of the rib 22 is set as Soi, a relation of Soi<Sio is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
