A COMPOSITE OF CELL FOR PROHIBIT CROSS-TALK AND THE MANUFACTURING PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

A cell material composition for preventing crosstalk of low melting point plasma display panel(PDP) sheet is provided to have improved luminance and to form the cell material which has reduced dielectric property and is useful for the PDP sheet with high quality and no lead content harmful for human and environment by eliminating lead fraction from the composition. The cell material composition comprises primary fraction including: 0.1-15wt.% of SiO2; 0.1-10wt.% of Al2O3; 20-50wt.% of ZnO; 15-55wt.% of B2O3; 3-15wt.% of R2O; 1-8wt.% of Sb3O3; 0.1-5wt.% of V2O5; 0.1-5wt.% of CeO2, and additional fraction including 0.1-5wt.% of BaO or 0.01-5wt.% of CaO. The composition is formed by the steps of: fusing, cooling and grinding a mixture of the primary fraction and the additional fraction into powders; and adding additional material selected from 1-15wt.% of ZnO, 1-15wt.% of Al2O3 and 0.1-5wt.% of TiO2 to the processed product. The fusion process is performed at 1200 to 1350deg.C.
