PURPOSE:To provide an equipment unit enabling the installation of a receiving unit in porch without increasing the addition of members and the labor. CONSTITUTION:Equipment units are laid out such that a porch, receiving unit 30 in porch, a cooking range part 41 of a kitchen apparatus 40 are sequentially disposed along the outer wall part facing the outdoor space and a refrigerator installing space is provided at the side of the sink part side end of the kitchen apparatus 40. An exposed plate part 32a of a rear plate 32 of the receiving unit 30 in poach adjacent to the range part 41 is made of an anticorrosive plate material such as a slate or stainless steel plate. Thus, the incombustible plate does not need to be erected between the receiving unit in porch and the range part and a fire resisting covering does not need to be applied to the exposed plate part of the receiving unit in porch, so that the addition of members such as incombustible plates or fire resisting coverings and labor for the incombustible plate erecting operation and fire resisting covering operation can be eliminated. |
