PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemble ability and prevent departure of fixing means which fixes a mirror.SOLUTION: An optical scanner comprises: mirror support parts 31 having a first mirror seating face 31a for supporting a reflection mirror 62; a projection part 33 having a spring fixing seating face 71a facing the reflection mirror 62 and forming a gap between the spring fixing seating face and the reflection mirror 62 supported by the mirror support part 31; and a fixing spring 70 contacting the spring fixing seating face 71a by being fitted to the gap, and elastically deforming thereby to press the reflection mirror 62 toward the mirror support part 31. An angle of an angle A formed by the first mirror seating face 31a and the spring fixing seating face 71a is substantially equal on the plural mirror support parts 31 and the projection part 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
