PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid consuming device comprising a cap which can realize improvement in operation performance at the time when a user attaches and detaches the cap.SOLUTION: The liquid consuming device comprises a tank 4 having a liquid storing chamber and an injection port 50 for injecting liquid into the liquid storing chamber, and a cap 6 that is removably attached to the injection port and can close the injection port. The cap comprises: a columnar first part 61 which is positioned in the injection port when the cap is attached to the injection port; a second part 62 which has an outer face which points to the outside of the tank and an operation protrusion which protrudes from the outer face when the cap is attached to the injection port; and an arm 6B which is an elastic body that connects the cap to the outside of the tank or an enclosure. The arm is elastically deformed when the cap is attached to the inject portion, and if the cap comes off from injection port, a base end of the arm is supported on the tank or the enclosure so that a tip of the arm to which the cap is connected is turned centered on the base end by an elasticity recovery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
