PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating valve, a liquid spray head and a liquid spray device which can suppress components of liquid from being piled so as to suppress leakage of the liquid.SOLUTION: The pressure regulating valve is provided with: a liquid chamber 510 provided in a housing 51; an inflow path 516 which communicates with the liquid chamber and opens to the liquid chamber as an inflow port 516a; a valve body 55 which is provided in the liquid chamber and opens and closes the inflow port; and a pressure receiving film body 517 which seals an opening of the liquid chamber and opens and closes the valve body on the basis of atmospheric pressure. The valve body is provided to be movable in an operating direction Z of the pressure receiving film body. An inner wall surface 511a of the liquid chamber to which the inflow port opens is provided in a direction crossing a direction X orthogonal to the moving direction of the valve body. In the liquid chamber are provided first energizing means 56 that energizes liquid toward the pressure receiving film body in the moving direction Z and second energizing means 57 that energizes the valve body toward the inner wall surface to which the inflow port opens. The valve body slidably contacts the inner wall surface to which the inflow port opens to open and close the inflow port by energizing force of the second energizing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
