A method for measuring a distance using a phase difference between optical signals comprises the steps of: transmitting a first optical signal having a first wavelength and a second optical signal having a second wavelength shorter than the first wavelength to an object to be measured; receiving a first reflected optical signal having the first wavelength and a second reflected optical signal having the second wavelength, which are reflected from the object to be measured; calculating a first measurement difference to the object to be measured, based on a phase difference between the first optical signal and the first reflected optical signal, and calculating a second measurement distance to the object to be measured, based on a phase difference between the second optical signal and the second reflected optical signal; and calculating how many times the first measurement distance is longer than the second wavelength and reflecting the measurement accuracy of the second wavelength in the final measurement distance when calculating the final measurement distance based on the first and second measurement distance and the second wavelength. |
