A method for manufacturing a secondary battery containing a non-aqueous electrolyte comprises the following processes: (S101, S201) forming a first electrode cladding metal layer containing an electrode active material and a first binder; (S102, S202) forming a granulated particle containing the electrode active material and a second binder; (S103, S203) forming a second electrode cladding metal layer consisting of the granulated particle on the first electrode cladding metal layer; (S302) forming a heat-resistant layer containing an inorganic filler and a third binder on the surface of a separator; (S400) producing an electrode body by stacking electrodes and the separator so as to allow the second electrode cladding metal layer to meet the heat-resistant layer; and (S500) heating the electrode body.
