The present invention relates to a differentiation method of muscle cells and fibrillary cells from tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells, and to a cellular therapeutic agent using the same. The differentiation method of the present invention exhibits high differentiation potency into the muscle cells and the fibrillary cells, and can secure the muscle cells and the fibrillary cells in large quantities. According to the present invention, the differentiated cells have high biocompatibility by using the discarded autologous tissue, and exhibits excellent availability as a cellular therapeutic agent.
