The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating aging or aging-related diseases, comprising an aronia extract as an active ingredient. More specifically, the extract of aronia obtained by using hot water, ethanol, methanol, ultrasound, ultrahigh pressures, high-pressure pulse, high-pressure homogenization, and freezing and defrosting extraction processes has excellent antioxidant effects and anti-aging effects, and can be efficiently used as a material for treating the aging and the aging-related diseases.
