The present invention relates to an apparatus for attenuating phase noise of a radar reflection signal by using a local oscillator signal. The apparatus may comprise: an antenna unit receiving a radar reflection signal, reflected by a target, through radar signal output; a time delay unit generating a time delay local oscillator signal by using a local oscillator signal by applying a time delay to the local oscillator signal which is necessary for converting a frequency of the radar signal; and a phase noise attenuating unit reducing phase noise of the radar reflection signal based on the time delay local oscillator signal. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for attenuating phase noise of a radar reflection signal which is an error-causing factor.
