PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collection pipe capable of efficiently converting sunlight to heat.SOLUTION: A solar heat collection pipe 1 includes: a pipe 3 inside which a heat medium 2 can circulate; an infrared reflection layer 4 formed on the outside surface of the pipe 3; a sunlight-heat conversion layer 5 formed on the infrared reflection layer 4, and containing manganese silicate; and a reflection prevention layer 6 formed on the sunlight-heat conversion layer 5.
