PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable free setting of a shape of a peripheral wall portion of a shell-shaped seat back frame without being restricted by the presence of a bracket, reduce generation of twist in the seat back frame during rear-end collision and head-on collision of a vehicle, and prevent reduction in the strength of the seat back frame even when the bracket is fastened to the seat back frame.SOLUTION: A seat cushion frame 8 and a seat back frame 9 are connected by connection means 19a, 19b. The seat back frame 9 comprises a main body part 14 facing a back of a seated person, and a peripheral wall part 15 provided at the peripheral edge of the main body part 14. The main body part 14 and the peripheral wall part 15 are formed of a synthetic resin in a shell shape that is an integral shape. The connection means 19a, 19b comprise first brackets 21a, 21b joined to the seat back frame 9. The first brackets 21a, 21b are fastened to the main body part 14 of the seat back frame 9 by bonding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
