PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition that gives high luminance when used for a wavelength conversion member, and suppresses decrease in the luminance of a peripheral region, a wavelength conversion member, a backlight unit, and a liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: The polymerizable composition comprises quantum dots where ligands are coordinated to the surfaces, a polymerizable compound, and a dispersant. The ligands are molecules having a saturated hydrocarbon chain having 6 or more carbon atoms and a coordinating group. The polymerizable compound has a LogP value of 3.0 or less. The dispersant has a nonpolar moiety and a polar moiety in the molecule, in which the nonpolar moiety is at least one moiety selected from a saturated hydrocarbon chain having 6 or more carbon atoms, an aromatic ring, and a saturated aliphatic ring. A wavelength conversion member, a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device are also disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
