The present invention relates to a secondary steering device using a saddle and, more specifically, to a secondary steering device using a saddle, which enables a user to change the direction of a bicycle using a saddle instead of a steering device when the user draws the bicycle or puts the bicycle into a storage rack while riding the bicycle. The secondary steering device using a saddle comprises: a steering input part which is coupled between a saddle and a bicycle body to receive rotation force from the saddle; and a steering output part which rotates a steering device of a bicycle by using the rotation force of the saddle received through the steering input part.
