The performance of an LED module consisting of a metallic substrate and an LED chip and having the metallic substrate mounted on the cooling plate body of a cooling plate is improved, thereby lowering the operating temperature of the LED chip, improving the light emission performance of the LED chip and extending a life span thereof.
