PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell balance circuit capable of measuring the battery voltage correctly even during discharge, and to provide a cell balance circuit failure diagnosis device that can be achieved with an inexpensive and simple circuitry, by eliminating the need for voltage measurement means dedicated to failure diagnosis.SOLUTION: A cell balance circuit 2 includes first resistor elements R1-R3 and switching elements Q1-Q3 connected in parallel with individual batteries 11-13 constituting a battery pack 1, second resistor elements R4-R7 connected between the electrodes of the batteries 11-13 and the voltage input terminals CV1-CV4 of a voltage measurement circuit 32, and first capacitors C4-C6 for failure diagnosis connected between the first resistor elements R1-R3 and switching elements Q1-Q3, and between the second resistor elements R4-R7 and voltage input terminals CV1-CV4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
