PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a schedule that satisfies the desire of each visitor and each destination while approximating it to the state of a visitor group desired by an administrator when a plurality of visitors make a round trip to desired destinations.SOLUTION: A visitor terminal 10 generates a schedule based on inputted planned sites to visit, consumable time, etc., calculates the degree of visitor satisfaction that corresponds to the schedule, and transmits these together with visitor information such as a profile to a management server 30. An attraction terminal 20A calculates the degree of attraction-side satisfaction on the basis of parameters such as a limit to the number of people and stay time and desired visitor information, as well as on the schedule of planned visitors and visitor information obtained through the management server 30, and transmits the result to the management server 30.
