PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control system, a lighting control method and a lighting control program, capable of improving efficiency of setting work.SOLUTION: A lighting control system according to an embodiment includes a position detection unit, and a control unit. The position control unit detects an illumination apparatus connected to the lighting control system. In the control unit, a control address for the lighting control system to control each illumination apparatus is collectively set to each illumination apparatus detected by the position detection unit.
