The present invention provides a device for forming creases by using a blade member and spring wires. The device according to the present invention comprises: a body unit formed by connecting multiple frames; a supply unit installed in a lateral direction on the body unit, and developing a cloth to be supplied to a crease forming unit; a crease forming unit including a blade member installed in a lateral direction between side surface frames in both sides of the body unit and forming creases on the cloth while forwardly and backwardly reciprocating, upper and lower molding rollers for heating and molding the cloth passing through the blade member, a guide roller installed in the rear side of the upper and lower molding rollers, and multiple spring wires wound on the outer circumferences of the upper molding roller and the guide rollers; a driving unit installed in one side of the body unit, and providing electrical power for driving the crease forming unit; and a driving unit installed in at least one side of the body unit, receiving transferred electrical power of the driving unit, and driving the crease forming unit. According to the present invention, creases can be easily formed in longitudinal and lateral directions by using a blade member and spring wires, and creases having various patterns can be produced. Accordingly, a high quality cloth can be produced, and a small quantity of electrical power used in driving a device is consumed. |
