The present invention provides an SNP marker composition, a primer, a probe, and microarray for discerning a purple or green cabbage line or cultivar at a low temperature, wherein the SNP marker composition, the primer, the probe, or the microarray comprises a polynucleotide or a complementary polynucleotide thereof, and the polynucleotide includes eight or more continuous nucleotides having single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) disposed in a 1118th base among base sequences of a cabbage dihydroflavonol 4-reductase (DFR) of SEQ ID NO: 1; a kit for discerning a purple or green cabbage line or cultivar at a low temperature, wherein the kit comprises the primer and a reagent for performing amplification; and a method for discriminating a purple or green cabbage line or cultivar at a low temperature. |
