The instruction accepting unit is configured to accept an instruction from a user. The obtaining unit is configured to obtain an image. The extraction unit is configured to extract first biometric information and second biometric information from the image obtained by the obtaining unit. The determination unit is configured to determine whether the first biometric information and the second biometric information are different. The permission unit is configured to permit execution of the instruction accepted by the instruction accepting unit in a case where the determination unit determines that the first biometric information and the second biometric information are different.
