<p>PURPOSE: To produce a laminated sheet material for packaging food having a layer of an aluminum foil and preventing the elution of an oxidation product into food from the layer of a synthetic resin material provided in the inner surface of the layer of the aluminum foil and excellent in the preservability of food. CONSTITUTION: A molten synthetic resin material 3 is injected into the gap between a base material 1 and an aluminum foil 2 and a blown film 7 is supplied to the inner surface of the aluminum foil and the whole is pressed by rollers to be integrated. At this time, the blown film 7 is fused by the heat of the molten synthetic resin material 3 to become a laminated sheet material. The blown film supplied to the surface of the aluminum foil is molded within a low temp. region not generating oxidation product and has a plurality of layers 7', 7" therein. By this constitution, there is possibility such that the oxidation product is generated only in the layer 7' facing to the aluminum foil and the generation of the oxidation product in the innermost layer 7" coming into contact with food can be prevented.</p> |
