PURPOSE:To obtain a working hour managing device capable of recognizing the feasibility of acquisition of a paid vacation in advance. CONSTITUTION:The working hour managing device A' is comprised of an input part 1 to which the working start time/completion time of everyday, a first storage part 2 which stores a working limitation hour, an accumulation part 3 which accumulates a working hour by every month, an arithmetic part 4 which computes at least the excessive hour of the working hour from the working hour accumulated at the accumulation part 3 and the working limitation hour stored in the first storage part 2, a display part 5 which displays the excessive hour, a second storage part 6 which stores residual paid vacation days, and a decision part 7 which decides the feasibility of acquisition of the paid vacation from the residual paid vacation days stored in the second storage part 6 and the excessive hour of the working hour computed by the arithmetic part 4. By employing such constitution, the feasibility of acquisition of the paid vacation can be recognized in advance, and it can be notified to a user. |
