<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of positional shift of a micro-lens array to be mounted on an optical device. <P>SOLUTION: In such structure that a micro-lens array 55 is fitted to a holding member 85 of the optical device that uses the array, the micro-lens array 55 is adhered and fixed to the holding member 85 at three points which are distributed in the plane that is vertical to the lens optical axis. The three points are arranged so that the center of gravity G of the triangle having the three points as apexes and the center of a lens forming region 55L of the micro-lens array 55 are approximately coincident with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
