During each cycle of operation, the lowermost sheet of each of stacks Sa, Sb, Sc is conveyed by a rotary suction device and gripper drums 12a, 12b, 12c on to a reciprocating collecting table 13a, 13b, 13c while the latter is stationary, and when the table is moving leftwards at maximum speed pins 2 on a conveyer 1 deposit the sheets on to a grill-like slideway 14 and move them therealong on to a further conveyer, so that in front of each pin a stack is formed consisting of one sheet from each of the stacks S. The tables are reciprocated through an overload device. |
