PURPOSE:To extract in high yield high-quality yolk oil free from any toxic substance without degrading the active ingredients there in. CONSTITUTION:A buffer solution is added to yolk followed by mixing, and the pH value of the resultant mixture is adjusted, and a protease is added to the mixture followed by shaking at ca.50 deg.C for ca.3hr. The resulting mixture is cooled to room temperature and then incorporated with acetic acid followed by heating at 100 deg.C for ca.10min in a hot water bath. The mixture is then left at rest; a lipid floating and forming an oil layer during the above process, i.e., yolk oil, is gathered and washed with water to eliminate acetic acid odor. |
