发明名称 INDUCTION CONTOUR QUENCHING METHOD OF GEAR
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide an induction contour quenching method for high precise and high strength gear, in which strain, variance of the strain and scale after quenching the gear are mode small and by which the following process can be reduced or omitted. CONSTITUTION:High-frequency power is impressed to an annular heating coil 31 arranged so as to be faced close by to tooth surface of the gear while rotating the gear 10 having 1.5-4 module centering around the axis to heat gear. Thereafter, the gear 10 is dipped into a quenching liquid L, and also, the quenching liquid L is injected to the gear surface. The power density of the high-frequency power on the tooth surface is made to be >= 3kw/cm<2> basing the area calculated by the diameter of the tooth surface x pix the width of the tooth surface and the impressed time of the high-frequency power is made within 0.6sec.</p>
