PURPOSE:To provide a contract terminal equipment which is suited to a contract transaction that requires a signature to prove the identity of a user himself. CONSTITUTION:A user puts his transaction card into a card slit 1 and inputs a password number and the contract contents based on the display contents of a CRT touch panel 2. Then the user signs on a signature tablet 3 and touches 'confirm' on a screen. Thus the user received an issued application copy through an application copy receiving slit 4 and the card through the slit 1 respectively to complete a contract procedure. Therefore no contract window nor the processing of the clerk in charge are required and the user can easily attain the contract procedure even in an emergency without going to a bank, etc.
