A tube 6, Fig. 6, carrying a wheel fork 11 has holes engageable by a knob 13 to determine the height of a wheel 4. The tube 6 can be angularly adjusted, to accommodate various widths of tread, by means of a screw 18 engageable in holes 19 of a quadrant 14. |
