PURPOSE:To improve the maintainability of the constitutional elements such as a developer carrying and the like, the life of which is shorter than that of a machine. CONSTITUTION:In the image forming device concerned equipped with a developer supplying means 11, an endless film-like developer carrying means 1, developer transferring means 4 for transferring the developer 10 fed to the developer supplying means 11 to the developer carrying means 1 and a thermal head 5, which selectively melts and transfers the developer 10 on recording paper 20 with a plurality of selectively heat producible elements, which are arranged on the rear surface of the developer carrying means 1, the developer transferring means 4 and the thermal head 5 compose an image forming unit 8, which is detachable from a main body. |
