PURPOSE: To provide a method for forming a tip of a catheter simultaneously with the sealing of the catheter to a relating canula or insertion needle. CONSTITUTION: A sub-assembly comprising a catheter 3 and an insertion needle 1 concentrically positioned, is located on a specific position relating to the laser and the coherent light, and is rotated around an axis in a vertical direction, of the needle 1 and the catheter 3, and the beam from a light source of the laser and the coherent light is entered into the sub-assembly of the catheter 3 and the needle 1 with a specific angle, to seal the catheter 3 to an external surface of the needle 1, whereby the tip of the catheter 3 is formed. |
