<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch mechanism having an inexpensive and simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: This clutch mechanism has a first chipped tooth gear rotatable freely for a shaft, a second chipped tooth gear whose direction of rotation is fixed to the shaft and which can move in the direction of thrust, a drive supply means for supplying drive to the second chipped tooth gear from the first chipped tooth gear, a means for energizing the first chipped tooth gear in the direction of rotation, a locking means for locking a position of the first chipped tooth gear, a driving gear for rotating and driving the first chipped tooth gear and the second chipped tooth gear, and a driving means for rotating and driving the driving gear.
